INFORMATION FOR THE PARTICIPANTS
Prague Aerial Convention 2024
PRICE
Registration for the Prague Aerial Convention 2024 takes place in three waves. The prices in each sign-up wave are different.
EATING
Those interested can have lunch and dinner at the KD Mlejn restaurant. There will be meat and vegetarian versions to choose from.
The price for one main meal is 180 CZK.
For those who bring their own food, a microwave is available by arrangement.
The menu will be available 14 days before the event
ACCOMMODATION
During the event, KD Mlejn offers accommodation in a small gym. We only provide space. We do not provide mats or sleeping bags. In KD Mlejn there are toilets, showers and, by arrangement, also a microwave.
REGISTRATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS
After registration, the interested person's place is reserved for a week. If payment is not made within a week, the place may be released to another participant.
Prague Aerial Convention reserves the right to claim cancellation fees in the following amount:

In the case of cancellation more than 14 days before the start of the event, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded to the canceled candidate.

In case of cancellation 14 - 7 days before the start of the event, the canceled interest will be refunded
50% of the registration price. -
In the case of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the event, the canceled applicant will be refunded
0% of the registration price.
